Etcera Space

Turn meaningful intentions into lived reality.

Space is an intention-centered workspace for your personal intentions.

Understand what is shaping an intention, explore possible futures, choose a path, and bring it into the world without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Five phases: understand, imagine, choose, build, integrate.

Screenshot direction When the app is ready, replace with the radial / starburst graph — the strongest visual metaphor for Etcera Space. It should communicate: a person has multiple intentions; those intentions connect to goals, plans, tasks, influences, and reflections; Space helps the user zoom in and out; the product is a landscape, not a task list. The Integrate phase below reuses the same visual to close the arc (or shows it with a specific intention expanded). Until then: a working notebook and digital workspace together. Not a productivity dashboard. Not a task manager. The feeling: "this is where thinking happens."

Understand

"I know something matters. I'm not sure why."

Understand what's shaping the intention.

Draw the thought out and see what is shaping it.

Explore the influences around it, the conditions that support it, and the conditions that stand in the way.

Begin to see how it relates to the wider landscape of what matters in your life.

Screenshot direction The intention being explored with the context around it: internal influences, external influences, required conditions, blocking conditions, early notes, open questions. The screen should communicate "this helps me understand what is really shaping this intention." Not a chat exchange. Not a task list.

Imagine

"I want to see what this could become."

Bring possible futures to life.

Explore different paths that could fulfill the intention.

Compare them side by side. See how each one unfolds, what it asks of you, and what it might feel like to live.

Screenshot direction The most important screenshot on the Space page. Multiple scenarios visible side by side. Each scenario shows the intention it serves, the path it implies, the tradeoffs, the required conditions, the possible blockers, and what it might feel like to live that path — not just a goal. The screen should communicate "this lets me experience possible futures before committing to one." Give it the largest visual treatment on the page.

Choose

"I'm ready to choose the future I want to build."

Choose the future you want to build.

This is where possibility becomes direction.

Choose the scenario that best serves the intention, while keeping the alternatives visible as part of the path that led you there.

Screenshot direction The chosen scenario becoming active. The alternative scenarios stay visible beneath as the record of how the user got there. The screen should communicate "I can commit without erasing how I got here."

Build

"Now I need to make it real."

Turn possibility into reality.

Bring your chosen future into the present.

Shape it through goals, plans, milestones, and tasks, each connected to the intention behind it.

Screenshot direction The selected scenario translated into goals, plans, milestones, and tasks. Dates where useful. The screen should communicate "these actions came from the intention and scenario I chose." Avoid making this look like a generic task manager. Avoid productivity / dashboard / workflow framing.

Integrate

"How does this fit into the bigger picture?"

See the whole landscape.

Zoom in to work through a single intention.

Zoom out to see how it connects to everything else that matters.

Screenshot direction Reuse the radial / starburst graph from the hero, or a related view with a specific intention expanded so the second appearance feels like payoff, not repetition. A map of the threads currently shaping the user's life: active intentions, chosen scenarios, goals, tasks, reflections, and related intentions, with connections visible between them. The screen should communicate "I can see how the pieces of my life and work connect."
